Installation steps for Windows are on the Download page (illustraedu.com/download). If something goes wrong, tell us which device and version of Windows you use, and what happens when you try to install Illustra.

Billing support

Describe the charge or subscription issue and where you subscribed. Never send your full payment-card details.

Account deletion

Contact us from the email associated with your account to request deletion or ask about the process. Do not send your password.

Report a bug

Include your device, the steps that caused the issue and any error message. Remove personal information from screenshots.
